Today we stayed around Lunenburg. Each year Lunenburg has a Craft Festival and at the same time the downtown shops have a sidewalk sale. Carl & I had planned to go kayaking while the ladies went shopping.
Well, that's what we had planned anyway... This morning it was very windy and sputtering of rain. The high wind killed our plans of kayaking. We didn't want to get out on the water with the winds against us. The rain also put a bit of a damper on the sidewalk sales (pun intended).
So, we stayed around town, went to the Craft Festival and visited with family. Oh, and a good amount of laundry. The highlight of the day for me was playing my guitar and singing praises to God on the back swing (until rain moved me inside).
Tomorrow... Church & visiting more family in "the valley."
