Day 2 on the Cabot Trail

This was our second day on the Cabot Trail, named obviously after the famous explorer. We started at the town of Inverness and wound our way up to Cape North, then up to the top of the island to Bay St. Lawrence for a whale watching tour.

We started out with a very foggy morning, but it cleared out nicely as we neared noon.

The scenery was absolutely spectacular!!! God is truly the best artist there ever was!

We took a hike in hopes to see some moose or other wild animals, but saw no wildlife. We also, as mentioned before, went on a whale watching tour. Unfortunately, we only "saw" one whale. It only surfaced twice, and we didn't manage to get any pictures. However, we did see some seals and a ton more great scenery from the boat. Here are some more pics for you to enjoy...
